At a glance we are facing these problems: first, de-facto hierarchism out of the social economic job positioning (the breach of the right to equality); second, rampant violence in civil out-crying demonstration (disappearance of the due procedure); third, the infamy of so-called fraudulent Republic of Korea (the misdemeanor of economic entities); last, the increasing threat of the geo-political uncertainty and the modern science-technological danger (the breach of the right to the life expectancy and the freedom of substantial body).
